Denim Skirt: Target
3 layered necklace: Forever 21

There is this beautiful meadow in Utah where the wildflowers grow like weeds. I felt like I was inside of a storybook. I even picked a little bouquet that I took home with me.

How I Whiten My Teeth with Smile Brilliant + GIVEAWAY

Hello viewers! I am a coffee and tea addict and the price that I pay for my guilty pleasures is having stained yellowed teeth. I have never used any teeth whitener in my life that is until I used Smile Brilliant's Teeth Whitening Kit. I saw results after just one use and whitened them to how I liked without making them look fake. What I like most is that they make custom molds to your teeth that are very affordable. Typically at a Dentist's office you pay $500+! Stay tuned to the end of this post for giveaway details.

This is just a selfie taken from my iPhone right before I started using the strips.

This is the kit that I used. I have sensitive teeth so these desensitizing gels helped out a ton! First you need to make a mold of your teeth, ship in in, wait a few days for your trays to arrive, and then begin your teeth whitening process! The desensitizing gel should be used afterwards in order for your teeth to re-hydrate.

My coffee stains went away after just 4-5 times of using this product. I am very happy with the results and will continue to maintain the brightness of my teeth using this product.
5% Discount Code: cityfashiongirl

Prize = $139.95 store credit which is equal to the Teeth Whitening Trays + 3 whitening gel syringes and 3 desensitizing gel syringes or the Teeth Whitening Trays + 6 whitening gel syringes. The giveaway can be open to international, but if the winner is outside of the US, they will have to pay the shipping cost for sending their impressions back.

Solo Female Travel Guide: Thailand

Solo Female Travel Guide:

Phuket, Railay, and Bangkok in Thailand

The land of smiles and by far one of my most favorite countries I have ever experienced. The food is amazing and the scenery is just breathtaking. Also, if you are on a tight budget then Thailand is very affordable. Thailand is pretty safe for a solo female traveller. Just use your gut instincts and don't be afraid to talk to people.

The food here is enough of a reason to go to Thailand. I just couldn't get enough of it!

Street Pad Thai.

Amazing Thai Noodle Dish.

Sticky rice with Mangoes. (My favorite)

Tropical breakfast consisting of a tropical fruit bowl and ginger tea.

This is a must if you are traveling to Thailand for the first time. I spent most of my time in Phuket Town and really enjoyed the atmosphere.

Sunday Market in Phuket Town.

Mochi! A delicious dessert.

Koh Rang Temple.

If you want a good mix of tourists and locals, the postcard looking beaches with white sand and clear blue waters, and an amazing spot to watch the sunset then Railay should be your next destination.

My transportation around the island.

The bungalow that I stayed in.

The pool at the resort I stayed at.

Mojito by the pool.

I will never get bored with the beauty of Thai sunsets.

It's fun meeting people that like to get creative and whimsical with photography.

Beach refresher.

So many cute cats roam this island. I really wanted to take this one home but knew that it was not the best idea.

This city has a lot of history and unique quirks about it. The architecture, food, and temples were my favorite parts.

The hostel that I stayed at.

Shared bathrooms but always clean!

The Grand Palace. I took a tour here and learned a lot about the beauty and history.

Wat Pho. (Temple of the Reclining Buddha)

Flower Market. Seeing fresh and beautiful flowers made me happy.

Sometimes it's fun to share these memories with the people that you meet at hostels.

I took trains, tuk tuks, and walked by foot. Walking is the best and cheapest option.

DOs & DON'Ts

-Try the street food. The best in this world.
-Go on TripAdvisor for tourist attraction recommendations
-Take tuk tuks instead of public transit
-Learn about the history and visit the temples
-Watch the sunset

-Not negotiate prices. You are almost over paying for things without realizing it.
-Be disrespectful about their politics or religion.
-Get too intoxicated.
-Go to the ATM too often. I ended up paying way more in ATM fees than I thought.

This was an amazing trip and if you want to watch my vlogs about it, then please make sure you thumbs up the videos! Have a great day and happy travels! :)
